Many of my clients are in Geelong or Melbourne, but I&#8217;ve also successfully worked with organisations in other parts of Australia &#8211; that&#8217;s one of the best things about digital communication!<\/p>\n<h2>What I do best<\/h2>\n<p>A good communicator can turn their hand to any style and subject you need. \u00a0If we&#8217;re honest, though, we&#8217;ve all got things we do best.<\/p>\n<h3>Clear communication<\/h3>\n<p>It&#8217;s pretty simple. If information is easy to understand, it&#8217;s more likely your readers will do what you&#8217;re hoping they&#8217;ll do.<\/p>\n<p>When you&#8217;re an expert in your area, it can be easy to forget that your readers aren&#8217;t. That&#8217;s how websites end up full of industry jargon, or leave out important steps.<\/p>\n<p>I work with people who really know their stuff (&#8216;subject matter experts&#8217;) to turn their knowledge into clear and accurate content that&#8217;s right for their audience.\u00a0This doesn&#8217;t mean it can&#8217;t also be engaging &#8211; you just have to get the balance right.<\/p>\n<h3>Great stakeholder relationships<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Projects are easy &#8211; it\u2019s the people who make things messy, right?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Content never happens in a vacuum. There are always people you need to work with. Sometimes it&#8217;s making sure someone has the information they need to sign off; other times it&#8217;s about listening, negotiating or persuading.
